My last year in a whirlwind....

So i know i haven't written in over a year, meaning that i am currently in my second year of school at UT Austin. It's been going pretty great, i've gained many new friends this past semester that without i would not be able to live, as well as kept many of my long and great friendships that have made me who i am today. And now a couple of pictures that sum up my past year.

This past year has made me realize that sometimes you need to let go of someone or something in order to be happier. So i say this with a heavy heart sometimes losing a friend is better than having that friend at all. i have grown wiser this past year i also have learned that i have no idea what i want to do with my life at all so as im searching for that in my near future im gonna let ya'll experience my life with me.

so i have not updated this blog since the summer and now we are on the brink of winter so yeah its been  a long time. Since the last time i blogged so much stuff has happened:

1.) I started college (it's been an experience to say the least). 

2.) I have gone partying way too much for my own good and have since recently decided that i will not be going out for a while or shall i say until next semester.(Hopefully i keep my own promise to myself)

3.) I dated this guy whom we shall just call John Doe, It was a DISASTER!!!! to say the least. Let's just say he still doesn't get the hint that i don't want to have now or ever a relationship with him.

4.) However, one really good thing that has come out of my many experiences so far in college is that i have gained to many great friends. For example like these two Cesar (Left) and Beverly (Center) they have become some of my best friends here in college i am so thankful that i knew them in high school and have grown a better bond throughout this semester. 

5.) And shall i say not least, i have realized that i have so much to learn when it comes to art work and my own to be exact. I look around me to the other students in my class and i can see how talented they are and i just judge myself so much based on what i see and i know i shouldn't do that.

even though we did have wonderful photoshoot we were not able to do it outside due to overwhelmingly hot weather "index at over 100 degrees" ah that's hot so as you can see we had loads of fun even with our hot hot summer in our way




we improvised me set up a bed sheet as out background and used it as a blank canvas





so my and my bestie have now had a new photoshoot; it was really cool and fun.

we both bought flowery dresses and decided the world should see them. also i did end up going to the show but forgot my camera so i am not going to be able to post pictures, however it did go good however there was a guy who everyone thinks is so hot and was trying to flirt with me but it was weird and awkward ah so not cool. overall music was good, flirting bad

so i am happy to announce that one of my dearest and closest friends allen just became a big brother today. I am so happy for him and his mom. Ahhhh i can't wait to meet the baby, whose name is adolfo but to my beloved allen it is leonard. I am just so happy right now.

New Show this friday

So the start of summer was not that exciting, on the last day of school me and my two friends, Briana and Miranda went to a music show at a local club, fun if anything at best. We will be heading to another show this friday (will post pictures later).The bands are decent, but i must admit that White Zebra is starting to gain a following which is undeniable and hopefully will lead them to success.

The rest of the days just seems to drone on like endless mindless days that go on forever with nothing to do. I have started my workout routine and that hopefully will go great.

However, I have been able to spend some time with my bestie Marie, we had loads of fun styling ourselves up and having a makeshift photoshoot, it was fun. I wore a black dress I found in a thrift store, and Marie wore a sort of corset top in a maroon color and a simple pair of skinny jeans. Then we both changed into a plain black tops.It was a day of fun. We talked about our lives and how we are both excited to start college. Sadly she will be staying at the local university while i will be heading about four to five hours north to pursue my dream and love of art.
